Landscape Memory 33

The subtleties of colours in a misty grey landscape near my home. The coastal harr is blown inland, reducing visibility. The falling temperature chills you to the bone. Shapes shift and change, and time loses its meaning. You hurry home to put the kettle on to have that hot restorative cup of tea. The rocky skyline you can just about see is a single sheet of tough dolerite rock, which is about 325 million years old!
