Landscape Memory 10

I’ve been trying to work out where this might have been, then I eventually realised it was based on my memories of Skye from our honeymoon, which was spent driving all over Scotland, looking for adventure, and choosing at random where to stay. The summer was a scorcher that year, very much felt like we were abroad. We ended up on beautiful Skye for the last few days of our honeymoon. Had to leave a day early as I had a phone call to say the police (or firemen?) had to break into my flat as there was a lot of flooding from the upstairs flat. Will never forget having to leave very early in the morning and driving along the deserted roads of Skye at 5am looking at the mountains for the last time.
